What is the NISM XXIV exam?
The NISM Series XXIV: AML and CFT Provisions in Securities Markets Certification Examination creates a common minimum knowledge benchmark for employees of securities market intermediaries on Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) provisions. It is conducted by the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) and covers the Prevention of Money Laundering Act 2002 (PMLA), scheduled offences, AML/CFT and Proliferation Financing (PF) guidelines, KYC guidelines, and PMLA-related cases.

Passing the NISM XXIV exam
NISM XXIV is a 50-mark computer-based test of 50 questions (1 mark each) to be completed in 1 hour, with a passing score of 50%. There is no negative marking. NISM can revise its criteria, so always verify the current passing marks and exam structure on nism.ac.in before registering.
