Analyst Protocol and its browser extension
Analyst Protocol is an optional career-tool service. If you choose to pair and use its Chrome extension on a job application that you have opened, we process the reviewed Career Profile you have saved with OneQuest and a limited description of the visible application fields or navigation controls needed to provide the fill action.
- The extension stores only a scoped, revocable pairing token and minimal profile metadata in Chrome. It does not store your OneQuest sign-in token or full Career Profile in Chrome.
- We do not collect full page HTML, screenshots, or the answers already present in an application form for this feature.
- Where an automated match is unclear, limited field descriptions and relevant reviewed-profile data may be sent to OpenAI to help map an answer. OpenAI acts as a service provider for this feature; this data is not sold or used for advertising.
- Answers you explicitly choose to save may be added to your Career Profile for reuse on the same question. Declarations, consent, demographic, identity, health, disability, gender, ethnicity, veteran-status, CAPTCHA, login, upload, payment, and final-submission controls are not remembered or automated.
- You can edit or delete your Career Profile, and disconnecting the extension revokes its pairing token. We use this information solely to provide, secure, and improve the application-assistance feature, or as required by law.
